Zusammenfassung:In the past two decades, a large number of surveys have been carried out, which has greatly increased the understanding of emotional intelligence (EI), human skills are essential for to work with eachother’s and manage security through others. Earlier research has shown that emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills,leadership is the components of the human skills that produce outstanding performance in present working areas. The motive of this study is to look into the result of humaneness skills of construction professionalsin concerning of emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills and leadershipon the performance of securitycontrol responsibility and providing the better state of construction project safety. The study also notices that becoming a modernistic leader and like thereby improving performance and productivity. In the construction the construction professionals they must work together to achieve the goals of the organization who contributes to the development of the security control requires interpersonal skills. The methodology used in this research is questionnaire survey has been conducted for this research with that survey mean through ranking has been implemented. The results show that emotional intelligence is a key factor in the development of interpersonal skills, leadership and the performance of safety control responsibilities, which leads to the development of security condition.
