In article number 2300437, Tae Il Lee, Min Suk Shim, and co‐workers develop piezocatalytic 2D WS2 nanosheets incorporated with mitochondria‐targeting moieties and glycolysis inhibitors. The piezoelectric 2D WS2 nanosheets efficiently generate reactive oxygen species by piezoelectric polarization under ultrasound irradiation. The WS2 nanosheets enable the selective and effective treatment of tumors via ultrasound‐triggered and mitochondria‐targeted piezodynamic therapy synergized with energy metabolism‐targeted chemotherapy. |
