Zusammenfassung:The present study is aimed to examine the water quality of the Godavari River at Rajahmundry. Water samples from Kotillingala Revu, Kovur Godavari river bridge, Saraswati Ghat, Dowleswaram, Pushkar Ghat were collected and analysed for pH, electrical conductivity, total hardness, TDS, DO, BOD, COD, nitrates. The concentration of six heavy metals were analysed quantitatively using atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
