Zusammenfassung:Wastewater from the seaweed processing industry contains nutrients and growth regulators that have the potential to be used as liquid fertilizer. The purpose of the study was to examine the utilization of wastewater from seaweed processing industrial to become liquid fertilizer. The experiment was carried out by fermenting wastewater in an anaerobic fermenter at controlled temperature and pH, which using EM-4 decomposer at concentrations of 5% and 10%. While the ratio of wastewater to a mixture of materials (seaweed thallus, banana hump extract) is 70:30; 80:20; and 90:10 (% volume). The results showed that liquid fertilizer at the composition of 70:30 (% volume) with the addition of EM-4 of 10% gave the best quality according to the standard of liquid fertilizer.
