Zusammenfassung: | Maintenance services for ATR 42-500 aircraft have problems with the use of Hydraulic Tripod Jack working levers that have different lengths. This length difference is the reason many technicians who have small body sizes often experience physical fatigue when boosting aircraft wings. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to design a lever using technician anthropometry body data and calculation of the lever mechanism to produce ergonomic lever preparations. The anthropometric data measured is the Upright Body Height, Hand Reach and Stand Shoulder Height, adjusted to the Hydraulic Tripod Jack lever of 167cm and the maximum angle of 60 °. From the design, optimal results were obtained for Indonesian technician anthropometric data and Hydraulic Tripod Jack forces. Therefore, these data are used as the basis for making ergonomic designs of the Hydraulic Tripod Jack lever for work systems to increase the ATR 42-500 aircraft, according to the physical conditions of Indonesian technicians. |
