Zusammenfassung: | A five-hole probe calibration system was designed to minimizing error, improve repeatability, reduce time and uncertainty. Simple data acquisition and microcontroller support for pitch and yaw movement during calibration in the test section of a small wind tunnel could cover the calibration map to 49 points in less than 2 hours—the support components are manufactured by laser cutting and 3D printing to reduce manufacture error. Result in velocity error of 0.6% of the velocity of the calibration tunnel test section within the ±10° pitch and yaw angles. The error is about 1.4% when the pitch and yaw range is enlarged to ±20°. |
