Zusammenfassung:It was shown that the averaged asphaltene molecules of bituminous oils include no more than four structural blocks, the skeletons of which differ in the numbers of aromatic and naphthenic rings and the numbers of carbon atoms in alkyl substituents. The crystalline part of the macromolecules of the test asphaltenes had a layered structure. In terms of the number of layers of a packed structure, the thickness and the average diameter of its packing, and the number of aromatic rings in a layer, the test asphaltenes differed insignificantly.
