Zusammenfassung:Human resources are the most critical factors needed to achieve goals in an organization. The development of well-functioned human resources will have a positive impact on the company concerned. In Indonesia, the financial services industry is one of the industries with a turnover rate above the average, and the unfortunate trend keeps increasing. The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of career advancement (CA) on turnover intentions (TOI) and the moderating effect of perceived organizational support (POS) on that relationship. The research design used is quantitative. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 93 employees from several financial service companies in Indonesia. The result shows that career advancement has a significant and negative effect on turnover intention in the financial services industry. It also indicates that POS strengthens the relationship between CA and TOI.
