Zusammenfassung:World is progressing day by day, but diseases are still a big problem for the world as well as for our country Pakistan, the research work for the evaluation of diseases like malaria in Pakistan particularly in district Mastung, Balochistan is very less. Outline is spotted to investigate the recent situation of disease malaria in district Masting, Baluchistan, Pakistan. The investigation was fulfilled in the period from January to December 2021. Four various seasons are included in this research study, total number of 2866 blood samples of two groups, one thick and other thin were collected from 13 various union councils of all district Mastung, visits of the BHUs and hospitals were carried out thrice in a month. Generally, the prevalence of malaria and the positivity ratio was 500(17.44%) conducted in various localities of district Mastung. The ratio of Plasmodium vivax was periodic specie with great number 476(95.2%) as contrast to Plasmodium falciparum which was over 11(2.2%) and on the second number the transmutability was 13(2.6%). During all investigation study the highest prevalence was observed in Mastung city about 60 (26.08%) and lowest ratio was observed in Dasht village about 30(11.11%) The prevalence rate of Plasmodium vivax was more dominant about 34(97.14%) and the infectivity rate in males (60%) was higher as contrast to females which was about (40%).The study aims to aware the masses about the spread and control of Malaria and to update the masses about the latest prevalence of malaria and suggestions to control this fatal disease.
