Zusammenfassung: | As the classical bell prover gas calibration facility has the feature that is exhaust method or air intake method alone, in this paper, a new automatic bell prover gas calibration facility that combines the exhaust method and air intake method is designed. Firstly, the flowmeter, pipelines, and other related pipe fittings are mounted in advance. Then, through the system software, control on-off valves condition to switch different pipelines direction and select expected items. Lastly, the system collects the experimental dates to realize the exhaust method and air intake method altogether automatically. The newly designed facility doesn’t need to change lines manually which is time-consuming and laborious, and the calibration results are accurate and reliable as well. At the same time, the new facility which can be reconstructed from the original facility has a compact structure and small occupancy space, and it is easy to implement and has good practical and promotional value. |
