Zusammenfassung:An experimental and calculation method for the determination of the effective fraction of delayed neutrons in fast multiplying systems in the delayed criticality state is presented. A physical quantity is found for such systems that can be determined in experiments and calculations and used for testing and adjusting neutron constants. The method has been applied to the analysis of experimental data for systems consisting of (highly enriched) metal uranium and plutonium.
