Zusammenfassung:The article analyzes the design documentation and presents the results of measurement work obtained during the inspection of the building of the repair and maintenance unit of the compressor station. According to the results of the survey, defects and damages of the third and fourth categories were identified at the facility, which require their elimination during repair work. It is also established that additional instrumental examination is necessary. For a more accurate diagnosis, it is necessary to determine the strength of concrete structures and brick walls. With the help of instrumental examination of brick walls by the shock pulse method, the values of brick and mortar grades were experimentally obtained. Concrete tests were carried out by a non-destructive strength control method. As a result, the concrete class is determined. The conducted verification calculation showed that the mechanical characteristics of the tested building materials loaded with the full design load are within acceptable values, the strength of the structures is ensured. The conclusion is made about the technical condition of the repair and maintenance unit: this object of research has a limited operational condition. Recommendations for the elimination of damages and defects of materials and structures have been developed in the work.
