Zusammenfassung:The article is devoted to the study of acoustic parameters of dispersion hardening alloys on the example of steel XM12. A multiple mirror-shadow method is used with the use of a specialized through-pass electromagnetic-acoustic converter, which provides high accuracy and reliability of measurements due to detuning from the quality of the acoustic contact and the geometry of the sample, as well as the possibility of registering a series of multiple reflections along the sample cross-section. A piezoelectric converter based on a flexible PVDF piezo film was also used, emitting, connected to a standard high-frequency DIO 1000PA flaw detector with the possibility of storing recorded signals with the sampling frequency of 200 MHz. The results of measurements of the velocity of the longitudinal, transverse waves are presented, and dynamic elastic modules in dispersion-hardening corrosion-resistant steel are calculated. The analysis of the results in the form of histograms for samples with different heat treatment is presented. The conducted studies have shown the possibility of determining the following structurally sensitive factors: the absolute value of the longitudinal and transverse propagation velocities. It is determined that the sample has a greater value of velocities after annealing on a solid solution, due to the most equilibrium structure.
