Zusammenfassung:The article describes the sensors based on longitudinally nonplanar microstrip microwave structures for the dielectric parameters monitoring of materials and substances. It is shown that such sensors have a higher sensitivity and relatively small linear dimensions in comparison with sensors based on planar microwave structures. The computer modeling section presents the results of numerical electromagnetic calculations of the proposed structures. The numerical results of the applicability analysis of the sensors for liquids and solid dielectric objects are presented. In the experimental implementation section the process of dielectric substrate manufacturing using 3D printing technique is described. Comparative results are shown for computer electromagnetic modeling and experimental study of longitudinally non-planar structures. The measurement of the solid material dielectric parameters is presented in the experimental section. In conclusion the possible fields of the considered sensitive elements applications are discussed.
