Zusammenfassung: | Electroplating is one of the methods of plating the metallic layer with another metal. This coatings and metallic films are home to many versatile applications and form a vital technology. The aim is to provide a conclusion from the survey of different reaction mechanisms and the kinetics of nickel electro‐deposition from different baths. By varying the temperatures, i.e., 308, 313, 318, 323, 328, 333 K in the binary system of nickel sulfamate with DMSO, properties such as density, ultrasonic velocity, and viscosity have been recorded in the investigation. Various acoustical parameters such as adiabatic compressibility (β), intermolecular free length (Lf), free volume (Vf), internal pressure (πi), acoustic impedance (Z), enthalpy (H), Gibbs free energy (∆G) are determined from the experimental data. The results are interpreted on the approach of molecular interactions between the binary mixtures. |
