Zusammenfassung: | Carbonic anhydrase is an enzyme that can significantly increase the CO2 hydration rate. Its mineralized products are friendly to the environment, making it essential to studying self-healing concrete technology. Carbonic anhydrase significantly accelerates the rate of CO2 mineralization in concrete, resulting in carbonate crystals that fill cracks, improve self-healing, and promote CO2 absorption. This paper begins with a discussion of the mechanism by which carbonic anhydrase catalyzes the hydration and mineralization of CO2, as well as the study profile for immobilizing carbonic anhydrase. Describe in detail the current status of carbonic anhydrase in self-healing technology and the various factors that influence the self-healing effect, including pH value, temperature, the concentration of metal ions, type of calcium source, carrier material, and enzyme source form. Summarize the results of carbonic anhydrase research in self-healing concrete technology. In conclusion, several issues concerning carbonic anhydrase in developing self-healing concrete technology are raised, and the technology's potential applications are discussed. |
