Radu Carp is a professor of Political Science within the University of Bucharest, PhD in Law and Director of the Department of Public Policy, International Relations and European Studies. Since 2020 he is a member of the Commission for Political Science, Security Studies, Military Science, Intelligence and Public Order of the CNRED. [...]among the photographs presented within the work there is also the file of Nicolae Popescu, the brother of the author's grandfather Radu Carp, arrested on August 23, 1944 by the Soviet army on the front line and sent as a prisoner to the USSR, to the Donbass mines in Ukraine.
