Zusammenfassung:This experiment was carried out in a private field by using the hydroponics unit of the Faculty of Agriculture - University of kerbala. The experiment was conducted on 2019-2020 growing season,The experiment included three factors, the first factor, Was four concentrations of cadmium(Cd) from cadmium chloride CdCl2 (0,25,50 and 100) mg Cd.L−1, the second factor was four concentrations of lead from lead chloride Pbcl2 (0,25,50 and 100) mg Pb.L−1 and the third factor was two varieties of wheat (Iraq) from bread wheat,(Triticum aestivum L.), and (Jandohl) from durum wheat (Triticum durum L.), with three replications, the results showed the following, Iraq variety was superior an increasing the activity of POD, SOD and CAT enzymes and proline, and (100 Cd −100 Pb)mg.L−1 treatment of excelled in increasing the activity of POD, CAT and proline, while the treatment of (100 Cd −25 Pb) outperformed in increasing the activity of SOD, and Iraq variety with (100 cadmium-100 lead) interaction treatment was outperformed in activity of POD, SOD, CAT and proline.
