Zusammenfassung:Crystal structure of brivanib (( R )-1-(4-(4-fluoro-2-methyl-1 H -indol-5-yloxy)-5-methylpyrrolo[2,1- f ][1,2,4]triazin-6-yloxy)propan-2-ol) is reported for the first time. Crystallographic parameters for brivanib: M = 370 g/mol, monoclinic space group P 2 1 , a = 10.3268(5) Å, b = 7.9377(4) Å, c = 11.0046(5) Å, β = 98.011(2)°, Z = 2. The molecules are linked into a two-dimensional layered structure by intermolecular interactions N–H⋅⋅⋅O and O–H⋅⋅⋅N.
