Zusammenfassung:In this report, we evaluated the effects of selenylated indoles ( 3a-d ) on lipid membranes and their capacity to interact with DNA. These selenylated indoles increased the motion rate of the polar region of lipids and compounds 3b-d ordered the non-polar region. The DNA cleavage ability was observed only for 3c . Selenylated indoles increased the motion rate of the polar region of lipids and ordered the non-polar region, presenting DNA cleavage ability.
