Zusammenfassung:Herein, we report a visible-light-driven divergent transformation of quinoxalin-2(1 H )-ones mediated using H 2 O 2 as a green oxidant. This reaction is controlled by the reaction atmosphere, providing 3-alkylquinoxalin-2(1 H )-ones and quinoxaline-2,3(1 H ,4 H )-diones in moderate to excellent yields, respectively. This method shows broad substrate scope, high atom economy and mild conditions.
