Zusammenfassung:A method for improving the hermeticity of hydrogen storage tanks made of polymer composite materials by introducing thin metal layers into the composite structure is studied. It is shown that the presence of an intermediate layer of annealed aluminum foil in fiberglass plastic does not change the elastic modulus and tensile strength of the material. The bending and shear characteristics, as well as the fracture toughness of this material, are studied.
