Zusammenfassung:Oxides of indium, zinc, cerium, and composites based on them are synthesized by the hydrothermal method. The phase composition, particle and pore sizes, and specific surface area are studied by the XRD, BET, and BJH methods. It is shown that the structural characteristics of composites synthesized under hydrothermal conditions change depending on the content of zinc or cerium oxides in the composite.
