Environment Concept in Public Management

The concept of environment in management was defined in multiple stages of theoretical and practical research and continues to be a main concern due to the changes happening in the specialized fields. Knowing the guidelines and options arising from the strategic programs of public and entrepreneurial authorities, nationally and internationally, this paper highlights a number of new aspects that complement the vision of the environment as a reference base in the administration and management of institutions and enterprises.
