Attributions of Authorship in the Gentleman’s Magazine , 1824–1826: A Supplement to the Union List

De Montluzin presents an attributions of authorship in Gentleman's Magazine (GM) from 1824-1826. The list consists of ninety-seven new attributions of authorship (and one corrected one) of anonymous, pseudonymous, or incompletely signed letters, poems, articles, reviews, obituaries, drawings, and staff notes appearing in the GM, the last three years in the life of editor John Nichols. Until his death Nichols had remained actively involved in the conduct of the magazine, even though he had increasingly entrusted its day-to-day management to the capable hands of his son and partner since 1800, John Bowyer Nichols, the GM's fourth editor.
