Zusammenfassung: | In press-formed brazing sheet with O temper, significant erosion is formed at certain area after brazing. The erosion occurs at low-deformation region given by forming. In general, it is reported that erosion is caused by remaining unrecrystallized region of core material at melting temperature of filler material. In order to clarify the effect ofdispersoid distribution and constituent particle on the erosion and the recrystallization behaviors, this paper investigated these behaviors during brazing of Al-Mn alloys with different Fe content and homogenization temperature. The erosion was inhibited with an increase in Fe content and homogenization temperature due to promoting therecrystallization during brazing. It was considered that constituent particles worked as main nucleation sites forrecrystallization and coarse dispersoids promoted the grain boundary migration. |
