Zusammenfassung:In light of the current pandemic of Covid-19, E-commerce and physical stores (brick and mortar) have been impacted a lot. Facebook and Instagram means of social media however are gaining more popularity from this pandemic as they announced Facebook Shops, a new e-commerce feature that allows businesses to easily list their products on Facebook and Instagram. This paper represents an exploratory effort on how E-commerce businesses in means of using social media platforms of Facebook and Instagram will benefit Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and how effective social media's platform in grabbing customers’ attention and awareness.
