Forecasting methods and models for the regional fuel and energy complex development

The article reflects the directions of improving the methodology for forecasting the development of fuel and energy complexes of Russia and its regions. The applied schemes of methods and models for forecasting the development of the fuel and energy complex are shown. The main criteria for long-term forecasting of the fuel and energy complex are indicated. An approach and means for assessing the development of the fuel and energy complex based on the fuel and energy balances of territories, considering energy efficiency, are described.
