Zusammenfassung:Novel hydrazones and hexahydro-1 H -indazole-5-carboxamides were obtained via the reaction of 2-aryl-4-hydroxy-4-methyl-6-oxocyclohexane-1,3-dicarboxamides with tosylhydrazide, 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine, and phenylhydrazine, respectively. The structures of the products were proved by IR and 1 H and 13 C NMR spectroscopy, as well as X-ray diffraction analysis. The synthesized compounds were tested for antinociceptive activity.
