Zusammenfassung: | In order to clarify the physiological and psychological effects of viewing the green space in the rainy summer, we conducted a experiment in a green space on the Matsudo campus Chiba University. As a result, no physiological effect was confirmed, but negative emotions such as “Tension-Anxiety”, “Depression-Dejection”, and “Fatigue” of POMS were significantly reduced after viewing the green space in rainy weather compared to before viewing the green space in rainy weather. It was clarified that the psychological effect of the green space can be obtained even in rain weather. Furthermore, it was confirmed that the more likely people feel unwell in the rain, the higher the psychological effect of the green space in the rain. On the other hand, the psychological effect was hardly observed in the sunny summer due to high temperature and unpleasant insects, suggesting the existence of conditions that make it difficult to obtain the psychological effect of green space. In addition, there was little difference between the types of green spaces, indicating that psychological effects can be obtained regardless of the type of green space. The results of the impression evaluation showed that almost the impression of the green space did not change depending on the weather, suggesting that the green space can be used in rainy weather with the same impression as in sunny weather. |
