Zusammenfassung:Graphene oxide (GO) membranes have received widespread attention. However, GO membranes exhibit low structural stability in water. We attempted to solve this problem by cross-linking GO with silica. The water permeance of a silica/GO membrane, which was prepared with a tetraethyl silicate/GO mass ratio of 190 and a reaction time of 3 h, was six times that of an unmodified GO membrane. The molecular weight cutoff of the silica/GO membrane was 800, which was almost the same as that of the unmodified GO membrane.
