Zusammenfassung:Facility for elderly care welfare facility have been frequently damaged by heavy rain disaster. Facility users save their lives by moving to social welfare institution evacuation shelter or evacuating vertically. The relationship between disaster prevention weather information and evacuation information during the heavy rain event of July 2020. And the actual situation of evacuation at facilities for vulnerable people are investigated by questionnaire. From these, the following became clear. Firstly, information of preparation for evacuation / start of evacuation of elderly people and others is issued only by about half of the local governments. Secondly, it was difficult to make an evacuation decision at a facility using the river water level as an evacuation criterion. Thirdly, the formulation of an evacuation security plan has no direct effect on evacuation.
