Zusammenfassung: | Based on step input ramping optimization, a further optimization method is proposed by superimposing a sine signal to smooth the mutation of the step signal. This sine smoothing method has zero signal change rate and acceleration at the beginning and the end of the signal mutation. That is, the optimization has good smoothing characteristics. With the position servo system as the research object, the simulation model is established and the effect analysis of parameters such as rising time, friction, and external load is carried out. It can be concluded based on the analysis that the ramp and the sine smoothing optimizations are very effective in reducing hydraulic excitation, especially in suppressing the pressure pulsation of the system; meanwhile, it would cause a system response millisecond delay. Different optimization methods should be selected according to the specific application scenarios. |
