Zusammenfassung:Ameloblastoma is a benign but locally aggressive tumor that can invade the brain. A 75-year-old male patient admitted with massive exophthalmos and a tumor protruding from his nose. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed a giant mass lesion occupying the entire ventral skull base. The tumor was removed with endoscopic endonasal surgery. The patient was stable in the postoperative period, and there was no recurrence during the 5-year follow-up. Ameloblastoma may reach a huge size despite its benign character. Surgical treatment can prevent serious complications, and an endoscopic approach can be considered a treatment option. Keywords: Ameloblastoma, surgery, Endoscopy
