Zusammenfassung: | Experimental studies have revealed regularities in the joint influence of chemical composition, type, and parameters of the structure on the mechanical properties of VT6 alloy bars after annealing in various modes. Samples with a globular structure and the same chemical composition were found to have greater strength and ductility than transitional, mixed, and lamellar structures. At the same degree of strength, the relative elongation of bars with a globular structure is 5–7% higher than a lamellar one, and the transverse narrowing is approximately 15–20% higher. The characteristics of relative elongation of samples with mixed and transitional structures occupy an intermediate position between the globular and lamellar structures. Models have been developed to predict the ultimate strength, considering the chemical composition and structure of the bars. Recommendations are proposed to meet the requirements of industry standards for the mechanical properties of rolled bars made of VT6 alloy with a globular structure. |
