Zusammenfassung: | An analysis of the mechanism of explosive transformation of the oil–steam–gas mixture in an 8T-650-01 boring pump casing is presented. Possible measures are considered to prevent explosive transformation in the closed space of the crankcase of machines and mechanisms. An objective uncertainty in the numerical values of the parameters that affect the occurrence and consequences of the explosive transformation is revealed. To increase the explosion-proof quality of the equipment, a measure was proposed to install a safety membrane. To determine the area of the discharge opening during the outflow of explosive transformation products in the pump crankcase and to calculate the parameters of the rupture disk, the interval package of the GNU Octave computer mathematics system was used. |
