Zusammenfassung:Peculiarities of the effects of AlN and TiN coatings on the thermal and stress state of the surface layer of Si 3 N 4 –TiC ceramics under heat-flow conditions were studied. It was found that the TiN coating had a more favorable effect on the stress state of the ceramic structural elements; the AlN coating, on the stress state of the boundary between the coating and the ceramics.
