In situ localization of NADP-malic enzyme in bundle sheath cells and leaf carbon isotope fractionation in two C4 grasses

Evidence on the subcellular localization of the NADP-dependent malic enzyme in the bundle sheath chloroplasts of some C4 grasses derived using an indirect immunofluorescence technique is presented.
