Zusammenfassung:QoE is a complex and multifaceted concept that is difficult to identify in a simplified and uniform way, as well as to observe and evaluate the large number of QoEs. Assessment either one or two QoEs is not typically sufficient to include an appropriate QoE-assessment. Rather, QoE should be regarded as much as possible in all its dimensions.Understanding of the key to that type of QoE model service offers input for QoE management purposes. In this research work proposesNetwork simulation configuration parameters were Number of users, Number of eNodeBs, eNodeB Bandwidth, Transmit Power of functional eNB, Transmit Power of dysfunctional eNB and application type. NetAnim Set up, node priority – node id, node position (Node X and Y), Node color – Red, Green, Blue, Alpha, Node size, node resolution, IPv4 Address, Mac Addresses. Install – Node 0, the connectivity entry point for data packets, node 1 (red) is the virtual host, red nodes are the eNBs, and red nodes 5 through 11 are the random EUs distributed. This chart illustrates a connection end-to-end circumstance in which users have access to their network via the closest eNBs to and from a web server. The following is a description. The network management outcome is used to develop the input set of data for the teaching approach, the objective values of which are calculated using the demonstrated parameterized QoE prototype Access point between that firewall and connected with database, server1, server2, etc.,
