Zusammenfassung: | The objective of the study was to find the level of association between Human Resource Practices and Policies on Employee attrition. The research adopts the descriptive research design. For research, data was collected from 1123 using an online questionnaire. The online questionnaire was posted to employees working in the Hotel industry. For the study, two variables were considered i.e. HR practice and HR policies. Through the research conducted among employees working in Hotel Industry, it can be well understood that the hotel HR need to emphasis practice like salary and its yearly increments as well as rewards and recognition and Job promotion & career advancement to reduce employee attrition. Further, it is advised to establish well convening policies related to incentives & Benefits as well as Working hours. |
