Zusammenfassung:	In SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, the molecular masses of oleosin from oleosomes of peanut root nodules were 66 kD, 61.1 kD, 56.3 kD, and 10 kD. TLC analysis showed the presence of phospholipids and neutral lipids. The isolated oleosomes showed considerable variation in size, in electron density, and in the presence of a less electron-dense peripheral rim.
