Zusammenfassung:A nationwide survey of 325 trial judges was recently conducted to determine the experience and perceptions of judge with handling various kinds of expert evidence, as well as their views and knowledge concerning the 1993 Daubert decision and science in general. A multistage sampling procedure with equal probability sampling of elements was applied to a very complete nationwide population of state trial court judges, which yielded a sample size of 400.
