Zusammenfassung:Objective: This research aims to characterize the effects of various fluences (3.7, 5, 7.4, and 11J/cm2) on normal fibroblasts. Methods: Fibroblasts irradiated at different doses (3.7, 5, 7.4, and 11 J/cm2) used a red 635nm laser with a 70mW power for the low-level laser therapy application. There were five study groups: one control group and four groups that received light therapy at different doses. Cell viability MTT tests are using to assess the differences found during laser irradiation. Results: The results show that LLLT has a positive impact on this type of cell. Where it showed findings that dosages of 3.7, 5, 7.4, and 11 J/cm2 were adequate for fibroblast cells to undergo observable changes. MTT assay showed that the overall number of cells in the irradiated group differed clear from the control group at various doses. Conclusions: The data demonstrate that the lower doses (3.7 and 5 J/cm2) of low-level light therapy cause maximum mitochondrial activation and cell viability comparing to the higher doses (7.4 and 11 J/cm2).
