Zusammenfassung:The work is devoted to the study of the process of synthesis of a composite powder of the aluminum–silicon nitride system in order to identify the mechanism of the formation of granules and the distribution of the hardening phase of the Sialon type (SiAlON) in them. The properties of a powder composite obtained using various modes of mechanosynthesis have been studied. The results of determining the hardness, chemical composition, and distribution of elements in the resulting coating are given.
