Zusammenfassung: | For welding different aluminium alloys, solid-state welding methods are excellent. Friction stir welding is one of the most popular solid-state welding procedures for fusing dissimilar aluminium alloys because it can produce welds in a number of joint configurations, especially butt joints. When contrasted to certain other fusion welding techniques, the performance of friction stir welding is excellent. The rotating speed welding traversal speed and force exerted against the contact are the most important influencing parameters in FSW. The aluminium alloys AA5052 and AA6061 have a high strength-to-weight ratio. They are mostly used in the maritime, aviation, and automobile industries. The Taguchi L9 orthogonal array is used to decrease the number of tests required to determine the level combinations that provide excellent mechanical qualities such as tensile strength, impact strength, and hardness number. They’re subsequently welded together using the Taguchi method’s different experiments. By analyzing the performance of tensile and hardness testing, the optimal welding performance was determined. |
