Zusammenfassung: | In the polycrystalline samples of Sm0.5Cr0.5FeO3 were prepared by reaction in the solid state at a high sintering temperature of about 1500 K in air. Structural analysis was performed using XRD at room temperature which reveals the phase purity of the sample without any impurities. The dielectric studies of the sintered sample are studied as a purpose temperature-T in between 300 K to 500 K andwide range of frequency from one hander Hz to fifty MHz showing interesting properties such as the dielectric variance around the rotation refocusing temperature (T) has suggested the parameter of the magnetic drive and electricity can be coupled in this group of the subjects. Investigational outcomes recommend that the rotation refraction can be modified in the samarium ortho-ferrites through doping any position containing chromium ions. |
