Zusammenfassung: | Simple theoretical models are proposed that describe the kinetics of stress changes in the process of tailored fiber placement and take into account technological parameters. Based on the results of experimental studies of the stress-strain state of the sewn material, the tangential and normal stresses (edge effects) that occur in its structure during layer-by-layer stitching are determined. It is shown that the magnitude and nature of the stress distribution depend on the properties of substrate and its material, and the thickness and compaction of the material during stitching of a fiber layer. |
