Zusammenfassung:The progressive collapse of the spatial grid structure is the focus and difficulty of the current research. The stability problem of the single-layer latticed shell structure is more prominent due to its low redundancy. In this paper, the dynamic nonlinear analysis of the Zhoukoudian large-span single-layer latticed shell structure is carried out to study its progressive collapse process by the finite element software ABAQUS. The results show that the structure eventually collapse under 7 times the gravity load. The mid-span zone on the left side of the structure is the weak point of the structure where the earliest failure members appear. After the failure members appear for the first time in the structure, the vertical displacement increases faster, and then the failure members develop along the longitudinal and transverse directions of the structure starting from the mid-span zone on the left side, which eventually leads to the failure of the structure.
