Zusammenfassung:The Royal New Zealand Foundation for the Blind (RNZFB) is the only provider of specialized services for visually impaired persons in New Zealand. Although it does not use a standardized or formal measure of outcomes, it has a number of ways of measuring the success of its rehabilitation programs. This article describes these measures and new organizational structures to establish formalized methods for measuring rehabilitation outcomes.
