Zusammenfassung: | This work represents to discuss the modification of the quality of cement using SS as a bio waste to be applied as an active additives replacement of fine aggregates. The starting of this research is to collect, clean, grind and burn the shells in the furnace at a specify temperature 500 °C. Then, designed five samples of cement and add specific ratio of shell powder characteristics 0%, 3%, 5%, 6.5%, and 10% by weight of cement and mechanical properties were examined for the compressive force and split tensile strength for all the samples. The experimental outcomes appeared that 6.5% is the optimum sample. Used numerical model for the calculate the maximum and minimum % of shell powder to rise the strength of samples. The best % of seashell powder 2.3 % and 2.21% were the optimum in the compressive strength and split tensile strength respectively. It is cleared from this active technique to study and analysis the interaction between experimental, numerical model and optimization to produce significantly promotes to reach to the best quality outcomes. |
